The Organizing Committee and the International Advisory Committee cordially invite you to the international conference on
taking place in Budapest, Hungary from 24-28 September 2023.
The conference will be jointly organized by the Faculty of Chemical Technology and Biotechnology, Budapest University of Technology and Economics and the Institute of Materials and Environmental Chemistry, Research Centre for Natural Sciences, Eötvös Loránd Research Network.
This is the first time that CESEP is organized in Hungary. The Hungarian carbon community is honoured to host the 9th CESEP meeting. The organizers will follow the tradition of CESEP established by the French Carbon Group: no parallel oral sessions and a full afternoon for conference excursion.
As in preceding meetings, the conference aims at bringing together the scientists, engineers and technologists and intends to provide a forum for discussion on fundamental and technological scientific aspects of carbon applications related to energy storage and environment protection. This conference is expected to stimulate fruitful discussion, new ideas and collaborations between specialists from various domains.
We are convinced that the scientific program and the social events will provide a good opportunity to share new results, build up or expand collaborations in the field of carbon applied for energy storage and the protection of environment.
On behalf of the organizers
